UESA General Membership Meeting
The General Membership Meeting of the Ukrainian Engineers'
Society of America has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 27, 2001.
The meeting will take place at the UESA office located at the Ukrainian
Institute of America at 2 East 79th Street in New York City. The program
of the meeting is as follows:
- Opening of meeting & election of presidium
- Adaptation of the program of the meeting
- Election of committees
- Verification Committee
- Verification committee of the minutes of the last General Meeting
- Reports of the Board of Directors
- Report of the President
- Report of the Treasurer
- Reports of the Board Members
- Reports of the UESA Branch Presidents
- Report of the editor of the commemorative book
- Report of the Judiciary Committee
- Report of the Committee for the verification of the minutes of
the last General Meeting
- Report of the Supervisory Committee
- Discussion of Reports
- Report of the Verification Committee
- Release of the former Board of Directors
- Report of the Nomination Committee on the elections of a new Board
of Directors
- Activity Plan for the years 2001 to 2003
- Presentation of the budget of the new Board of Directors
- Discussion of the new plan of activities and the new budget
- Election of the Nominating Committee
- General Discussion
- Closing of Meeting
The decisions made at the meeting are lawful and standing,
regardless of the number of members present. The members are allowed to vote
in person or by proxy. A proxy authorizing a member to vote must be in writing
and signed by the absent member. No member shall be allowed more than ten proxies.
The registration fee is $10.
